Mandy Sweets LLC - Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all orders placed with Mandy Sweets LLC (“Mandy Sweets,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting an invoice, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Orders & Booking

All custom orders require advance notice and are subject to availability.

Orders are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received.

Mandy Sweets LLC reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including limited availability.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your order date unless otherwise stated.

Remaining balances must be paid in full no later than:

-7 days before pickup/delivery for custom cakes and large orders

-Or upon pickup for smaller standard orders if approved in writing

Last-minute orders may require full payment upfront.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or invoice payment links.

Late Payments

Orders with unpaid balances may be canceled or delayed.

Mandy Sweets LLC is not responsible for missed events due to unpaid invoices.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our desserts, all payments are generally non-refundable.

If a cancellation is requested:

-More than 14 days before the event: payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at Mandy Sweets LLC’s discretion.

-Less than 14 days before the event: no refunds will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

-The order was not provided as agreed

-There is a proven quality issue directly caused by Mandy Sweets LLC

Refunds will not be issued for:

-Design/style preferences after approval

-Minor color variations

-Damage occurring after pickup/delivery acceptance

-Taste preferences once consumed

-Failure to follow storage instructions

4. Design & Customization

-Inspiration photos are used as references only.

-Exact replicas of cakes or desserts created by other bakers cannot be guaranteed.

-Colors, decorations, florals, toppers, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to handmade artistry and material availability.

-By approving mockups, themes, colors, or inspiration photos, the Client accepts creative interpretation.

5. Allergies & Food Safety

Mandy Sweets LLC products may contain or come into contact with:

-Milk

-Eggs

-Wheat

-Soy

-Peanuts

-Tree nuts

-Gluten

-Other allergens

We are not an allergen-free kitchen.

It is the Client’s responsibility to notify guests of possible allergens. Mandy Sweets LLC is not liable for allergic reactions.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup

-Clients are responsible for transporting desserts safely once pickup is completed.

-Upon pickup, the Client accepts responsibility for the condition of the order.

Delivery

-Delivery fees may apply based on location.

-Mandy Sweets LLC is not responsible for damages caused after successful delivery and setup.

-Someone age 18 or older must be available to accept the order.

7. Storage & Handling

The Client is responsible for proper storage after pickup or delivery.

Recommended handling:

-Keep products refrigerated when required

-Avoid direct sunlight and heat

-Keep cakes on flat, stable surfaces

-Fondant and buttercream products are temperature sensitive

Mandy Sweets LLC is not responsible for melting, shifting, cracking, or damage caused by improper handling or weather conditions.

8. Event Liability

Once an order leaves Mandy Sweets LLC possession or is delivered and accepted, liability transfers to the Client.

We are not responsible for:

-Venue accidents

-Mishandling by guests or vendors

-Transportation damages by the Client

-Delays caused by weather, traffic, or emergencies outside our control

9. Photography & Marketing

Mandy Sweets LLC reserves the right to photograph and use images of desserts and setups for:

-Social media

-Website galleries

-Advertising

-Marketing materials

Client personal information will never be shared publicly without permission.

10. Communication

Clients are responsible for reviewing:

-Invoices

-Order details

-Pickup/delivery dates

-Spelling

-Event information

Any corrections must be requested immediately before final production begins.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting payment, approving an invoice, signing electronically, or placing an order with Mandy Sweets LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
